There's just no way I can recommend the product. I know there are some people that have gotten it to work and they seem happy, at least in the interim. Not sure on long term use, but my short term, just setup experience was so poor, I can't imagine continuing to use the product. Why are the included instructions so limited. They omit what can be vital information and recommend a questions website that doesn't provide documentation, but only contact info. Yet, if you search independently online, you can actually find additional instructions. Talk about making your customers work to use your product. After playing the game with the 'doesn't look like your device is connected' while wifi on my phone said it was connected, I found the instructions that suggested turning off mobile data. Did that - same error. Then I found then next suggestion to try the IP address instead of the URL. How hard was that? Why aren't both of these on this little piece of paper? Well, I was able to setup a code, setup an email address and uploaded a photo. The box onlocked on about the 5th try with the code (not a good sign) and the ocular.eyeconlock.com website won't except the email/photo combination selected. I've tried from the phone I set it up on and a laptop. I know the image being selected is the one I selected on setup. It also gives a password option, but funny enough, that wasn't requested during setup once I selected a picture setup for access. Products like this should exist in the market. They have many uses and it is hard to believe their are so few options and the options available are this poor. Come on, the sex toy industry has figured this out - shouldn't be that complicated for wifi connected, web-based app control. Anyway, I'm not hassling anymore. This is going back to Amazon.
