Beautiful to behold this medium sized most interesting voiced F note flute. Truthfully a flutes appearance is of little concern to me, I am focused on sound. Nevertheless this flute is a beauty to behold. Not round, not entirely, the flute is well shaped to provide great sound yet be manageable. What I mean is one must not produce a death grip to hold on. The flute sits ergonomically in my hand. Sound - which is what my review is actually about is amazing. I find the sound unique from all my other F flutes, almost a little off, but more like an alternate tuning. Not to say its out of tune, which it isnt. Just to say the voice is entirely its own and a most wonderful voice it is.
