This is a gorgeous piano. I would only recommend this to ABSOLUTE beginners. If you have had any prior piano experience, this will likely feel like a downgrade from what you had before. It feels great to play, but the sound isn't very good. Again, it's good for getting the ball rolling, but if you have any long term or professional plans in piano playing, I would recommend getting a higher quality budget piano.The sound is quality is ok, which is good for the price, however the headphones have already broken, and needed to be replaced, and the sheet music stand is not the best, it can hold at max 2 sheets, but since it’s wireframe can usually only do oneI purchased this for my kid's Beginner Piano lesson last year. So far it's working great, no issues. My kid loves to practice on it. Came with everything that is advertised and a little cute piano cloth cover was a bonus.We donated to a church in Mexico and they loved it.This gets 5 stars, not for the item, but for the customer service.. this arrived on time, but was defective.. when you plug in the headphones the jack or internal wiring was bad so it did not cut out the speakers or come thru the headphones. Mia from customer service was very understanding that without that working my daughter would not be able to use this in her apartment without disturbing her 3 roommates and neighbors. My daughter did like the way the keys felt and was satisfied with the sound. We were able to come to a agreement that was very satisfactory.Really enjoy this keyboard! Has weighted keys and many features you could use to enhance your musical pieces. In the box you get a music sheet stand, headphones, a piano cover, midi adapter, and a pedal. The sound quality is amazing, sounds like a real grand piano. However, the keyboard is pretty heavy. So if you are looking for a keyboard that you could take on the go like performances, schools, studio, etc, then this is not the keyboard for you. Otherwise, it’s a great keyboard! Definitely would recommend!You can do forte and piano. It works for adults and kids. My son (5yo) and I take piano classes and the teacher approved this one.
