Son worked for the city. Said this would not work, but it did. Always test before returning on someone's word. Simple device. Only issue was that it comes painted. Would not be bad but it arrived so beat up that it would have been better left unpainted. I would imagine they paint the tool and then throw it in a pile. If you like things looking good, just be prepared to paint your own color. Finding a paint match was impossible. Could have been a return too. LOL.
